Amber is always looking for families & kids who love to have fun and pose. She provides stock photography to other graphic designers around the world. If your application is accepted, you and/or your child may be featured in a brochure, on a billboard, or in a magazine - the sky is the limit. In return, parents receive all the original, full-size digital photos to use in any way they would like, complete with a full photographer's release (A $650 Value). This CD will be complete anywhere from 1-week to 3-months after the original shoot date, depending on how busy Amber's schedule is at that time.

*Note: Each individual must complete a separate application. You must submit a JPEG photo with your application. Families may submit one family photo & list all family names/ages in the comments area.

IMPORTANT: Applicants MUST BE from West Michigan and surrounding areas in order to be considered as models. If you are not from West Michigan, applicants must be available to travel to our Grand Rapids photo studio in Grandville, Michigan. Thank you for your consideration.

Due to the volume of applications received, Amber cannot respond personally to all applicants. Please do not fill out the application more than once. Amber is constantly looking for specific characteristics in children to use for specific poses and scenes. Because of this, not all toddlers are fit for each intended look. This doesn't mean that your child isn't out-of-this-world adorable, it is simply due to the need and requirements at the time. Your application will be kept on file for up to 1 year. If, at that time, you would like to re-apply, she is thrilled and honored to have you do so.

 

If you are submitting an application on behalf of someone else, you must make sure they agree to the terms set forth in the Model Release, otherwise, the entry will be void.

Parental Release  

In order for your child to be considered, parents must agree to these conditions:

For good and valuable "Consideration" herin acknowledged as received, and by signing this release I hereby give the "Photographer" and "Assigns" my permission to license the "images" and to use the images in any "Media" for any purpose, which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, self-promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service. I agree that the images may be combined with other images, text and graphics, and cropped, altered or modified.


I agree that I have no rights to the images, and all rights to the images belong to the Photographer and Assigns. I acknowledge and agree that I have no further claim for any reason to Photographer or Assigns. I acknowledge and agree that this release is binding upon my heirs and assigns. I agree that this release is irrevocable and extends worldwide.


I represent and warrant that I am at least 18 years of age and have the full legal capacity to execute this release.
